Sputnik: Ukraine’s Naftogaz to Meet Russia’s Gazprom in Court Over Transit Contract

Ukraine's energy company Naftogaz filed a new lawsuit in the Stockholm court on April 30, disputing its gas transit contract with the Russian energy giant Gazprom, according to the Ukrainian firm's Friday press statement.

"Yesterday NAK Naftogaz Ukraine submitted a statement of claim in the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce as part of an arbitration dispute with OAO Gazprom over the gas transit contract," the statement said.
