Turkey, Algeria to Renew Gas Deal
Turkey and Algeria are expected to extend their LNG deal which is set to expire by the year end, according to media reports.
Algeria has exported four billion cubic meters of LNG every year to Turkey since 1988.
Turkey's Energy Minister Taner Yildiz is on the way to Algeria on Wednesday, where among several other meetings the two parties will renew the LNG deal, reports suggest.
The contract will be renewed for 10 years and 4.4 billion cubic meters of gas will be delivered per year.
