News.Az: Shah Deniz to choose between TAP and Nabucco West

Consortium for the development of Shah Deniz gas condensate field will have to make a choice between Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) and Nabucco West to deliver Azerbaijani gas to Europe within a year.

According to Hurriyet, one of these pipelines will be connected to Transanatolian gas pipeline, which is expected to extend from the eastern border of Turkey and Georgia to the western Turkish border with Bulgaria.

According to the publication, Azerbaijan is going to select the most stable route to deliver its gas to European markets, but Turkey is inclined to choose Nabucco West.  MORE
