Saudi Arabia, Kuwait to develop Durra gas field: press
Saudi Arabia and Kuwait have signed a document to develop the Durra gas field, Reuters reported on March 21 citing a statement by Kuwait Petroleum Corporation.
The Durra field, which is shared between the two states, is expected to produce 1bn ft3/day of gas and 84,000 barrels/day of condensates, according to the statement.

The plan entails the use of cutting-edge and environment-friendly methods to ramp up gas output from the project, a joint venture between Saudi-based Aramco Gulf Operations Company and Kuwait Gulf Oil Company, Reuters added.
As per the deal, the gas output will be divided evenly between the two countries.
