Russia will cut oil production by extra 500,000 bpd in Aug - Novak's office
MOSCOW, July 3 (Reuters) - Russia will cut oil production by an extra 500,000 barrels per day (bpd) in August, on top of the same amount it had pledged to reduce from March until year-end, the office of Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said on Monday.
Novak earlier said Russia would cut oil exports by 500,000 bpd next month.
