In the first episode - Friday, May 29, 2020 at 14h00 BST - we have the pleasure of welcoming James Brabben, Wholesale Manager at Cornwall Insight, to discuss the role of natural gas in the UK power market.
James leads Cornwall Insight’s wholesale team, which provides research subscription services across renewables, flexibility and commodities markets. He leads on the team's research areas with a particular focus on the renewables generation market. He is active in consulting and research areas covering his specialist knowledge areas of PPAs, renewables policy and green certificates and regularly speaks on these at industry events.
James joined Cornwall Insight in 2014 and has worked across various roles across research, training and consultancy. He previously worked in the oil and gas sector and for a Local Enterprise Partnership and holds a BA (Hons) degree in Geography from the University of Southampton.
