Warsaw Voice: PGNiG to cut gas import from Yamal line in diversification drive
Natural gas giant PGNiG intends to reduce natural gas imports from Gazprom via the Yamal pipeline to around 85% of the contracted volume and replace the missing volume with alternative sources, deputy CEO Radoslaw Dudzinski told reporters on Tuesday.
"In connection with the price differences, it is our goal to come down to around 85% of volume contracted in the Yamal agreement, which is what we should take in order not to pay a penalty," Dudzinski said of possibilities within the framework of PGNiG's take-or-pay deal with Gazprom. MORE
