PGNiG Launches Drilling for Shale Gas
Poland's gas giant PGNiG is conducting its first drilling in search of shale gas in the framework of its license near the town of Wejherowo, with the results expected to be known in several months, PGNiG exploration bureau head Piotr Gliniak told Rzeczpospolita daily.
The investment is estimated at USD 15-20 mln, the daily writes, citing expert estimates considered as realistic by Gliniak.
