Pakistan Scraps March LNG Tender: Press
Pakistan has decided to scrap the tender for the supply of spot LNG cargoes in the month of March, local media reported on January 23.
Eni and Vitol put in the lowest bids for the supply of three LNG cargoes to Pakistan in March, state-run Pakistan LNG said last week. According to The Express Tribune, Pakistan LNG has decided to seek fresh bids for LNG cargoes for the month of March.

The company did not issue any statement but the newspaper said that the decision was taken in light of a drop in global spot LNG prices.
Pakistan has two import terminals – one operated by Pakistan GasPort and one by Elengy. Both are at Port Qasim. The south Asian country recently allowed private entities to market imported gas.
