CNBC Africa: Tracking Nigeria's Gas Gap

There is enormous potential in Nigeria's gas market however significant investment in infrastructure, and development of the regulatory framework is required to drive growth. According to Osten Olorunsola, Director, Niger Delta E&P, and Former Director of the Department of Petroleum Resources, the laws around gas development and market are unique, and thus, operators should not treat gas in the same way they treat oil. CNBC Africa caught up with him.
