NuEnergy Gas Inks Gas Supply Agreement in Indonesia

NuEnergy Gas has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PT Dharma Pratama Sejati to supply gas from its Muara Enim Production Sharing Contract in South Sumatra.

As per the MoU, gas would be supplied at the rate of $10 per million British Thermal Units, the quantity supplies would be between 1 million and 5 million cubic feet of gas per day and gas delivery gas point would be at the plant gate of NuEnergy’s coal bed methane plant.

NuEnergy in a statement said that final agreement is expected to be signed by 30 September 2013 with first gas before the end of this year.
