UGO News: Norway Commits $6.5m to Strengthen Management of Oil & Gas Sector in Uganda

The Norwegian Ambassador to Uganda, HE Thorbjørn Gaustadsæther and the Minister of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, Hon. MatiaKasaija, have today signed an Agreement regarding Norway’s support to strengthening the management of oil and gas sector in Uganda.

Norway and Uganda have signed a new Agreement for additional support amounting to NOK 53 million ($6,5m) over a period of three years (2015 – 2018).
