All Africa: Nigeria - Former NLC Vice-President Cautions Buhari Against Heading Petroleum Ministry

The national deputy president of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Mr. Issa Aremu, has advised President Muhammadu Buhari to rescind his decision to make himself the Minister of Petroleum.

He said Buhari would be sending a wrong signal that the nation's economy would still largely depend on oil and gas sector if he goes ahead to be petroleum minister.
