Leyshon to Announce Results of Two Ordos Basin Wells

Leyshon Resources has said that flow testing of its two wells ZJS5 and ZJS6 in Ordos Gas Basin in Central China is ongoing with initial results expected next week.

Both wells ZJS5 and ZJS6 are part of an initial programme designed to explore and test the potential for commercial gas production in a highly prospective and unexplored 380 km2 central depression area that appears to demonstrate good continuity with the neighbouring Sanjiaobei discovery.

The testing is part of the previously announced $20 million accelerated exploration and appraisal programme on the Zijinshan Gas Project, located on the eastern fringe of the prolific Ordos Gas Basin.
