Iran's Siri NGL Plant to Start Soon
Iran’s Siri NGL as an associated gases gathering project is ready for official start-up, Iranian Offshore Oil Company (IOOC) managing director said.
Mahmoud Zirakchianzadeh told Shana News Agncy that the facility had produced 50 thousand barrels of gas condensate for final test and export. The plant would produce propane, butane, pentane and gas condensate.
The NGL plant was able to gather 143 million cubic feet of associated gases per day but it will start operations with 70 million cubic feet in the first phase, Shana said.
Alongside gathering associated gases and production of more valuable products, NGL plant will produce 13.650 barrels of gas condensate per day.
