Iran Ups Gas Deliveries to Power Stations
Iran's daily gas deliveries to power plants have exceeded 200mn m3/d since the start of the third month of the current fiscal year (March 21). But the cumulative amount of gas delivered to that sector this fiscal year (FY) is still 3.6% less than in the same period of last FY.
In the first three weeks of this month (May 22 - June 11), power plants took 213mn m3/d, while from March 21 to May 21 they took about 144mn m3/d in average, the latest weekly statistics of Iran's energy ministry indicate.
During 83 days of fiscal year, Iran delivered about 13.446bn m3, or 162mn m3/d to power plants.
