Iran Oil Terminals Company's Gas Condensate Exports Up 80% During Sep 23-Oct 22
Iran Oil Terminals Company (IOTC) said its gas condensate exports from South Pars gas field grew by 80 percent during September 23-October 22 (the month of Mehr, 7th month in Persian calendar).
According to state owned Shana News, IOTC loaded 14.7 million barrels of condensate during the month from three single point moorings (SPM). During the same period last year the company loaded 8.12 mb.
Pirouz Mousavi, managing-director of the company, said inauguration of phase 12 of the massive South Pars, the field's biggest phase which is equal to three phases, was very important in boosting condensate recovery from the field. Phase 12 came on line in March 2014.
The rise will be more tangible once phases 15 to 18 of the gas field come on-stream, Shana quoted Mousavi as saying.
IOTC's loading of gas condensate during first half of the current Iranian calendar year which began on March 21 was 16 per higher year-on-year. The company loaded 73.8 million barrels of the product from South Pars phases
