Iran Increases Gas Exports to Turkey
Iran has increased gas exports to Turkey after an explosion on a pipeline carrying Azerbaijan's natural gas to the country disrupted supplies.
Azerbaijan's gas flow to Turkey was halted on Wednesday, according to BP-Azerbaijan's spokeswoman Tamam Bayatly.
Before Azerbaijan-Turkey gas flow stoppage, Iran used to export 22-23 million cubic metres of gas per day to Turkey, currently the exports have increased to 30 million cubic metres of gas after the explosion, a spokesman for National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC), Majid Boujarzadeh told ISNA.
