Sputnik: Hungary Seeks to Increase Russian Gas Supplies to Underground Storages

Hungary is interested in increasing the supply of gas from Russian energy giant Gazprom to its underground storage facilities to support energy security in the country, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said Wednesday.

"We have very significant capacity in our underground gas storage, and we are interested in storing more gas from Gazprom there because it enhances our energy security as well," Szijjarto told reporters.
