Eurogas Postpones Annual Conference
European utilities group Eurogas has postponed its annual conference, scheduled for March 19 in Belgium's capital, owing to the public health concern posed by the Covid-19 virus, it said March 17. Titled A single pathway to 2050? the event is now due to take place October 1.
The postponement is one of many to be announced for the same reason: among the others are the Russian Gas Society conference in Berlin, in mid-April; the Adam Smith conference on energy security in Monaco in late May – for which no new dates have yet been announced – and the Flame in Amsterdam, which is now due to take place July 6-7.
