Chinese July Gas Consumption Up

Chinese natural gas consumption in July was 24.49bn m³, up 6.6% over the same month of last year, National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) said August 29 citing data from National Bureau of Statistics.

China’s natural gas production in July stood at 13.9bn m³, up 6.1% year on year, NDRC said. In the first seven months of the year, production was 100.3bn m³, an increase of 9.7% compared with the same period of last year.
