China's August Gas Imports Up

China’s natural gas imports (pipeline and LNG) in August were 8.34mn metric tons, up 5.7% month on month, according to customs department data published September 8.

Cumulative imports during the first eight months were 63.04mn mt, up 10.3% compared with the same period of the previous year, according to the data.
