China's April Gas Output Up

China’s natural gas production in April was 14bn m³, up 8.4% year-on-year, country’s highest planning body National Development and Reforms Commission (NDRC) said May 29.

Gas consumption during the month was 24bn m³, up 10.6% year-on-year.

During the first four months of 2019, natural gas production was 58.2bn m³, up 9.5% year-on-year. Natural gas consumption was 100.9bn m³, up 11.4% year-on-year, NDRC said.
