Chinese Gas Imports up 3.7% in 9M

China’s natural gas imports in the form of LNG and via pipeline during the first nine months of this year came to 73.73mn metric tons, up 3.7% yr/yr, according to customs department data published October 13.

Gas imports in September came to 8.66mn mt, up 5.5% yr/yr, the data showed.
