China LNG Group, Shaanxi Automobile to Promote LNG Fueling in China

China LNG Group last week announced it entered into an agreement with Shaanxi Automobile to promote application of LNG vehicles in China.

As per the agreement, the two parties will promote the application of LNG vehicles in order to reduce atmospheric pollution by diesel vehicles and alleviate urban haze. They also plan to develop logistics industry customers, focus on the customers’ needs and their operation process to provide comprehensive integrated solutions on the application of LNG vehicles.

China LNG has agreed to give priority to purchase the LNG vehicles from Shaanxi Automobile and Shaanxi Automobile will provide preferential benefit to China LNG.

Shaanxi Automobile is the largest manufacturing enterprises in the northwest China and is the sole enterprise there that produces new energy commercial vehicles.

Since 2013, China LNG Group has been engaged with governments in various provinces in China in relation to the development of the LNG businesses in the country.
