Changfeng Energy Building New Gas Pipeline Project

Changfeng Energy Inc. is building a new project on Mainland China along the Second West-East Pipeline in Xiangtan City, Hunan Province.

Changfeng Energy set up a joint venture company, Xiangtan Changfeng Natural Gas Co. Ltd. Changfeng Energy owns 51% stake in joint venture, which is working with the municipal government to secure exclusive concession rights in designated regions of Xiangtan City.

The joint venture's scope of the business includes development of a natural gas pipeline network to serve industrial, commercial and residential customers and building CNG and LNG refueling stations.

In addition, the joint venture is working to secure a natural gas supply agreement from PetroChina's Hunan subsidiary. PetroChina owns and operates the Second West-East pipeline.
