Blue Grid to launch Greece's 1st LNG station in April

Blue Grid, a subsidiary of Madrid-based Molgas, is on the verge of completing Greece's first LNG, CNG, bio-CNG, and bio-LNG filling station, Molgas announced on March 15.

Situated in Thessaloniki, the station is slated for operational readiness by mid-April. Customers will have the convenience of refuelling their vehicles using the Molgas fuel card, which is accepted across Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, and Greece.

Founded in Athens, Blue Grid became part of the Molgas group in 2022. Presently, the company focuses on supplying LNG as a fuel to various industries, road transport, and marine transport sectors.

Molgas is owned by funds managed by InfraVia Capital Partners, a Paris-based private equity fund specialising in infrastructure investments.
