Asco Wins $129mn North Sea Services Deal
Aberdeen-based services firm Asco has won a contract worth £100mn ($129mn) from the UK division of China's Cnooc for work at North Sea assets, it announced on February 26.
The award is a five-year extension of a contract Asco first secured in 2006, and includes options for a further six years. It will see Asco continue to provide fully managed and integrated, logistics materials management, waste and marine gas oil supply services. These services will be delivered from Asco's supply base in Peterhead, and from Aberdeen and Scrabster.
