Announcement: Vusal Mammadov joins Natural Gas World’s Team

Natural Gas World has the pleasure to introduce Vusal Mammadov as its new Southern Gas Corridor Outreach Director.

Vusal will assist our editorial team in developing access to all relevant stakeholders in order to enhance our coverage of Southern Gas Corridor developments.

As Southern Gas Corridor Outreach Director he will also work closely with our management team in order to develop new Knowledge Partnerships in the Caspian region and Turkey, among other tasks.

Vusal Mammadov is a former Director of the SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) Representative Office in Belgium.

He received a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at Baku State University in June 2003. Until July 2004, he carried out an independent research on the topic “Idea of a European Federation: `History, current situation and perspectives” at the University of Fribourg. In February 2007, he earned his Master of Arts in International Relations at Baku State University. Between October 2005 and May 2008, he completed the Master Program on Peace and Conflict Research at Otto-von-Guericke University of Magdeburg.
