Angola LNG Expects to Export 5.2 mn tn LNG Per Year

Angola LNG is expected to export 5.2 million tons of liquefied natural gas (LNG) per year, Angola Press reported.

Chevron hold the biggest share in Angola LNG with 36.4%, state-owned Sonangol has 22,8%, BP holds 13,6%, ENI 13,6% and Total 13,6%.

Angola LNG delivered its first consignment of 160,000 cubic metres of LNG to Brazil recently.

“Our top priority is the production and delivery of Angolan LNG around the world, in a safe and trustable way. This was demonstrated with the delivery of our first consignment,” chairman of the Angola LNG Marketing Ltd., Artur Pereira, said.
