Cameroon Web: Gaz du Cameroon Acquires Assets of Expro Worldwide Gas

Gaz du Cameroon SA (GDC), a 100% subsidiary of Victoria Oil & Gas Plc (VOG), has made full payment on its acquisition of the Logbaba treatment plant Expro Worldwide BV for a total of 2,578 $ million, May 27 the mother-house listed in London reports.

The factory’s processing operations involve the production of GDC wells and provide condensate sold to the local refinery and clean natural gas intended for customers in Douala via a 33 km pipeline in Cameroon.
